ドラゴンフライに問い合わせてみましたが、あまり参考になりません・・・。
次の返答が帰ってきました
When in drawing mode, Keyboard entry can be accessed right-clicking with the
mouse and selecting this option from the menu that appears. Also while
drawing, pressing the "Enter" key will make the keyboard entry box appear.
これはきっと次のことを言っているのでしょうね
While drawing, these keyboard shortcuts are available:
Spacebar = Show Measurements
Enter = Keyboard Entry
Backspace or ESC = Undo Last Knot
グラスアイサイトで確認しましたところ、プロプラスに付いている機能だから、マウス右クリックで出ないはずは無いのですが・・・・。
今、いろいろ触ってみて、初めて知ったことですが、普通の拡張ショートカットメニューとそのキーボードエントリーの窓は右クリックするたびに交互に出てきますね。
もしかしたら2.3度押したら現れないかな？？？

キーボードエントリー以外のプラスエディション機能が使えるかどうか試してください。
もし使えないようだったらプラスエディションではない可能性がありますので、ドラゴンフライに対して申し入れする必要がありますね。
